And Dance like no one's watching,

Happy onedaylate birthday Daddy :D

We were supposed to go ice-skating yesterday but it rained :(
I heard from Jenny that all the ice melted :/
So instead, we went to the Museum of Science! Yay :D
Haha. Okay.. It wasn't that bad (:
We watched this omni theater thing.
Hannah, baby foxes are soooo cute!!
And no, that has nothing to do with whoever (;

And in math class today Compton was like, Hey Joooo-leeee-annnne (he seriously said that) , I saw you at the museum of science yesterday! (then to himself) Wait! What was I doing there?!
Oh & I saw Max too. It's kinda hard to miss him since he's so so tall :/

Watched the golden globes last night. I was pretty bored I guess.

It's finally starting to feel cold.
And someone pulled the fire alarm again..................
Sigh. It was freezing cold outside :(
Dr. Weintraub seemed pretty mad.
I'm sure a lot of people are anyway.
Ms Winkler like mouthed some word the moment she heard the fire alarm.

We went to the language lab during French to take the oral exam. It was alright (:
Just finished watching American idol.
Can't wait for the mid year exams to be over.

Anyway, I totally forgot to blog about a major thing.
We went to Vermont during the new year's weekend:D
It was really fun. Played with snow. Had snowball fights(;
They have really yummy stuff there!
Ben & Jerry's factory, maple syrup, apple cider etc.
It was sorta like a last-minute trip but it was great anyhow:D
At least it was snowing there:(
It was 70 something deg. fahrenheit the saturday I went out with Jenny & Monica :o
I was walking around with a tee:/

I have pretty screwed up dreams sometimes.

I can't sleep:(

Oh yeah I keep saying that I'm gonna switch blogs but apparently that hasn't materialised yet.
Soon maybe(:

Whenever I write/type a word that's different from British English I always seem to pause:/
Like materialised/materialized up there ^
Cos I can't make up my mind which to use.
I'm sticking to 's' right now cos 'z' just seems weird:/
I wonder how long that'll last.
Oh & Marie keeps complaining about how people here stereotype English people.
Like in Bend It Like Beckham & that video we were watching in History class.
"We're not like that!!!! We don't just drink tea, play croquet....."
Haha:D Oh well. I guess everyone gets stereotyped in at least one point of their lives.

The past few days have been pretty normal. Nothing much happened.
Six fire alarms have gone off in this year alone. And that's like only 9 days of school:(
I don't see how people enjoy hitting the alarms so often:/

Anyway, Caitlin came over to my house after school on Friday to do the French project thing.
We finished it:D It's kinda retarded(: The game we made I mean.
But it was fun making it:D "Faire le ockey" Lol.
So yeah, that's one thing less to do this long weekend (:

Mid years are coming up. I'm quite okay with all except the English one:(
It seems kinda hard.
Next week & the week after are gonna really b-u-s-y weeks:/

Watching tv now. Bored:(

Yeah, decided to post.

Summary of the past few days:

I'm sick no moreeee:D

Shopping last Saturday with Jenny & Monica was fun:D
Okay fine. They did the shopping(;
We went to Newbury St & Prudential Center.
Monica's fortune cookie was funny. It defined 'taste' as 'kou wei' and wrote down the han yu pin ying as 'wei dao'. Don't ask me what those two mean:/ I forgot:(
My Chinese is horrible now. Really. My mom laughs at me cos she can remember words I can't:(
We had Ben & Jerry's!
And I saw the same pair of grey jeans in the Newbury St Gap.
It was going at a freaking $6.99!
Omggg. Why did it have to be a size 8!! :(
Anyway, we had fun:D Monica was swearing to her cell in Korean & I was laughing at her out of no reason? I had no idea she was swearing anyway.
I got raped on my way home cos of Jenny!:@ LOL. KIDDING. I waited at the bus stop with her:D Even though it was dark out. I fall too easily into guilt traps or whatever you call them. Jenny was like, "Okayyy.. You can leave me alone here.. In the dark.. All alone.. By myself.. etc".
Yeah. And she claims I swear!! Omg. I don't!!! Do I? I mean, I don't say like F or anything right? Ahhh:(

So yeah. I've been playing quite a bit of Runescape lately.

I haven't played in ages. For a period of time I thought it was stupid.
But now I'm close to being hooked. Ugh.
Simon's fault. Well, partly. Lol:D
5 guys asked me out yesterday hahahaha. So ridiculous right?
I met a few old friends though (:
But I'm gonna make myself stop playing though. I get too addicted to it:/

We changed seatings for math again. I like my new group:D Pst no Billy(;

Heard the fire alarm went off in the main building today.
Shocking..

It was really cold today. Below 0 deg celcius:(
There was supposed to be snow flurries today!:(
The stupid me had to go out dressed in only a t-shirt, jeans & a sweater.
Can't wait till summer! I'm losing my tan fast!!
Lol.
But that would mean going back too.

Oh and I was in a 'cheer competition' mood earlier today.
Hahaha. Was thinking of 3G cheers. Not that it'd matter since I'm not back yet.

Oh oh! We're doing 'A Tale of Two Cities - Charles Dickens' for English now.
It's confusing, hard, mysterious, dark and full of funny terms that people used in the 19th century. Lol.
But I'm starting to like it somehow.
I like how doing it together as a class helps as opposed to reading it on your own, like Sarah said.

And the dream goes..
On and on and on and on.

Hey.

I've been sick since the 26th:(

Anyway, I stayed at home with my mom yesterday.
We heard in the news that Saddam was gonna be hanged within 48 hours & became so paranoid:/
Like "Omg what if the terrorists get angry & bomb Boston?!"
Yeah and ironically, we went to the Back Bay area today, which I guess is the most likely place to get hit here since it's sorta like a business district (I think..)?
Yup. And I don't think anyone would want to bomb Boston:/

We had lunch at Vinny T's:D
Italian food! Hahaha. And it was goooood.
Except that I felt so full after only a few bites:(
And we had tiramisu<3
Haven't eaten it in ages!
I wish I wasn't sick and had a better appetite:(

After that we headed to Prudential Center:D
I think it's my first time since moving that I've felt like I'm in a normal mall.
Anyway, went to Sak's, Express, Gap, Body Shop & a few other shops.
Sak's is mad expensive:/
Oh & we went to Victoria's Secret(; Hahaha. Nah, somehow I had an impression that it was sleazy. But it seems like a pretty normal shop.

Anddddd. I saw a pair of grey jeans going for 20 bucks in Gap:(
But it was a size 0, which fits but I doubt it'll survive under the terrors of the dryer-which-shrinks-clothes:(
And 1 was too loose. Oh well..

Oh oh! My mom pronounces Juicy Couture like Juicy Cooooture:D Cute.

Happy Boxing Day!!

Watched the Santa Clause 2 again last night.
And after that Uncle Doug brought us out on a spin to look at the Christmas decorations. And we saw this reallyyyy beautifully decorated house on Jamaica Way(:
If only we brought a camera!!
There were inflated figures like Santa Claus, snowmen, etc.
And so so many lights:/
It was hard not to miss the house(;
Oh & there was a Santa Claus going through the chimney:D
He even had a sleigh on the roof as well:o
It must have cost a lot for all the decorations. And I heard they start decorating in October:/
And there was this cute boy & his mom..
Boy: I wanna go in!!
Mom: No, it's not DisneyWorld darling.
Hahaha so cute:D
I wouldn't want to live in that house though(:

Today was fun:D
Well, boring at first. We dropped Christianne off at Charlotte's house in the morning cos she's going to Maine with their family. Then met my mom & Marianne at chinatown.
Had lunch. I was kinda sad. And I was sad the last time I was at the restaurant too! Eeeerie:/
Oh and Christianne told me that she dreamt about the entire family going back to Singapore except for me!:( Jo & Jas were in her dream too. Haha even Jovy's blue slingbag. So freaky right?

After that we headed to Macy's. And like the guys & girls separated.
Mom bought a scarf for me:D
Ohhhh yeah. And we went into a fitting room (yes, all 3 of us!) and saw so many pretty dresses in there.
So yeah, guess what happened?:/
My mom had this idea of us trying it on. Well, except Marianne since they were too big for her.
Hahaha so poor Marianne hid her face in one corner while me & my mom were trying on dresses. In the same fitting room.
It was crazy:D
But it looked good on us(:
Oh man.. Self praise haha.

And my mom was saying, The next time I'll be looking for dresses would be when you're (referring to me) getting married.
:/

Anyway, the next time I'll be looking for dresses would be for prom:D
Which is kinda scary cos that means we'd all be graduating soon:(

After Macy's, we went to ice skate:D
I was just one year away from getting in as a kid:(
But it was fun:D Although my feet kept hurting.
And Christianne missed out on both shopping & ice-skating:(
Poor thing.
Oh yeah, I fell on a kid. Oops:/
But his dad helped me to get up:D
I wonder how people do that. I'd end up falling over the person I'm supposed to help.
Then after that I nearly fell so I quickly turned to the railing thingy, only to find out there was a couple making out right before my eyes. Soooo awkward:/
And then I bumped into another guy without realising it.
My face just like crashed into his jacket?
Okay, wrong usage of words.
